When a prominent housing development company approached us to outfit their new showhome, we knew it was an opportunity to blend functionality with the unique essence of their brand. Our journey began with developing a strong concept that would resonate with both the company's identity and the expectations of their prospective clients. Through numerous rounds of feedback, we meticulously refined our ideas, ensuring every element of the design was on point and aligned with the client's vision. Our commitment was to create a space that not only served its purpose but also communicated the company's values and story.
The project presented its unique set of challenges, notably the main entrance area, which was designed with a specific focus on incorporating a television in a way that was both aesthetic and practical. The second, more daunting challenge was a wall adorned with wooden slates. It required a delicate balance of creativity and precision to enhance this feature wall while maintaining a branded look that was cohesive with the rest of the space. Our solution was to showcase a large, striking print of a drone photo that featured landmarks in the area, turning a potential obstacle into a focal point that tells a story. This not only highlighted the feature wall but also anchored the space in its local context, adding a layer of connection to the community. Through innovative design and thoughtful execution, we transformed the showhome into a space that truly represents the housing development company's brand and vision.
